The government has recently made the change to downgrade restrictions to level one.
Level one now means that we can perform all dental treatment, however to minimise the risk of transmitting COVID-19, please do not attend the practice if you:
- are feeling unwell
- have a fever or flu-like symptoms (cough, sore throat, shortness of breath)
- have returned from overseas in the past 14 days
- have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with, or suspected of COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
On the day of your appointment, to avoid crowding in the reception area and comply with social distancing rules please call us from your car upon arrival to confirm that we are ready to see you.
The health, safety and well being of our staff, patients and community is our top priority.
Upon entering the practice reception, you will be required to use an alcohol-based hand sanitiser and rub your hands for 20 seconds.
Prior to commencing treatment you will be asked to undertake a 20-30 second mouthrinse.
